Terms of Use

These Terms apply to your use of Coloramus, operated by Codera, Zagreb, Croatia.

Use of Coloramus

Coloramus is a casual color-and-shape reaction game. You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse backend resources, automate fraudulent leaderboard activity, reverse-engineer security controls for abuse, or interfere with other users.

Eligibility

If applicable law requires a parent or guardian to approve your use of the app or these Terms, you should use Coloramus only with that approval. Coloramus is not specifically marketed as a child-directed service.

Accounts and nicknames

Registration is optional. If you create or link a Coloramus account, you choose a nickname used as your in-game identity. You do not need to provide your first or last name to Coloramus. Depending on platform, account access may be available through email/password, Google or Apple authentication.

Competitive scores

Leaderboard features are provided for entertainment. We may reject, remove or reset scores that are technically invalid, corrupted, abusive or clearly inconsistent with the game's verification rules. We may also restrict online competitive features when necessary to protect the service from abuse.

Free plays, rewarded ads and Premium

Coloramus may provide an initial grace period and a daily number of free plays. When free plays are exhausted, you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive additional plays. Rewarded ads are optional and are not required if you choose Coloramus Premium.

Coloramus Premium is intended as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited plays while the Premium feature is supported by Coloramus. Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store rules and mandatory consumer law. If you reinstall the app or change devices, you may need to use Restore Purchases or the corresponding store account to recover the entitlement.

Availability

We aim to keep Coloramus available, but online features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, platform services or other technical issues. Local gameplay may continue when online services are unavailable.

Intellectual property

Coloramus, its branding, artwork, interface, game presentation and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Store-platform and third-party technologies remain the property of their respective owners.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Coloramus is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Croatian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of residence. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction rules that apply under mandatory consumer law.

Updates

We may change, improve, discontinue or add features. These Terms may also be updated. If a material change affects your use of Coloramus, the effective date above will be updated when the revised Terms are published.
