Delete account & online data
Permanent deletion
Coloramus uses a Firebase Authentication account for online features. It starts as a guest account, and you may optionally convert it to an email/password account. You can delete the account and the online data linked to it at any time.
Delete directly in the app
- Open Coloramus.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account & online data.
- Confirm deletion.
- your Firebase Authentication account, including the registered email identity if you created an account
- your active online run, if any
- your stored leaderboard scores across Coloramus boards
Local progress stored only on your device is not uploaded as account data and is not removed by this online-account action.
If you later use an online feature again while signed out, Coloramus automatically creates a new guest Firebase account. The deleted account and its deleted online data are not restored.
Request deletion outside the app
Email contact@codera.hr with the subject Coloramus account deletion request. If available, include the full Player ID shown in Coloramus Settings. If you created a registered account, you may also include its email address so we can locate the record.
We may ask for information needed to identify the account record. We will never ask you to send us your password.
